I’m Ash

I was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. Lived here all my life. With its beautiful bushwalks, beaches, and secret hidden trails, it's pretty much becoming my own personal backyard. Perth offers up some of the most extraordinary sunrises and sunsets too.

My passions

I love nature and animals, and of course photography! I love taking my son out and about and going on crazy little adventures, looking for muddy puddles, little critters, beautiful sunsets, and amazing insta-worthy views.

I love a good road trip too, travelling the countryside, escaping the everyday grind, light chasing, and finding those little hidden gems only the locals know about! I will happily travel for any event or occasion if you have a particular rural spot in mind for your photo session, whether that be a wedding, an event, family photos, or even just a cute little couples shoot.

Photography

I am a self taught photographer. My style of photography is fun, natural, a bit edgy, and making sure you’re still being YOU in front of the camera, whilst also still telling an authentic story of the day. My sessions are relaxed, fun, and easy-going. I also love to play with editorial style photography, as well as fine art photography. I’m a graphic designer too, so anything graphical that makes a statement is my thing. In addition to capturing all the magic and madness that can happen, I also want to make sure that you enjoy the whole process, from our first conversation right through to me delivering a set of beautiful photos that will be treasured for years to come.

Interesting Fact

I'm a twin. Yes, there's 2 of me! As well as my love for photography, I'm also a fully qualified, and highly experienced graphic designer, with many years in sign writing, vehicle wrapping, social media marketing and business branding.
